Bam Bam Bakehouse, located in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast, opened its doors in 2015 and has since become a well-loved destination for pastry enthusiasts and café-goers. The team is passionate about traditional French-style artisan baking, producing everything from scratch in small batches throughout the day. Their signature item is the croissant, which takes three days to make, ensuring a flaky and buttery texture. Besides croissants, the bakery offers a variety of pastries, including choux bombs, eclairs, and filled cruffins, along with an all-day brunch menu. Bam Bam Bakehouse is one of Gold Coast’s original “funky café’s”. We were contacted to capture and convey the vibe so Bam Bam could push it via social media.
